Price List - Salecare
Schedule 1 to the Terms of Service for the electronic provision of services - Salecare
The binding, current offer is presented in the Service panel at the time of purchase, each and every time. This Price List must be read together with the Terms of Service (in particular § 7–10 and § 19).
Language. This is a translation of the Polish document "Cennik - Salecare", provided for convenience. The Polish version is the binding one; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Polish text prevails.
§ 1. General provisions
- This Price List sets out the subscription Plans and the rules for fees payable for the use of the "Salecare" Service, and constitutes Schedule 1 to the Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
- All prices in this Price List are net prices and will be increased by VAT at the applicable rate of 23%, save for the charges of a User based outside Poland described in § 9(1) of the Terms of Service. The gross price is shown in the order summary and on the invoice.
- The Billing Period is one month or one year, depending on the billing cycle chosen at purchase; the Subscription is charged in advance for each Billing Period and renews automatically in accordance with § 7 of the Terms of Service. With yearly billing the price is 10% lower than twelve times the monthly price (§ 2), and the fee for the whole year is charged in advance.
- The scope of features and the limits of individual Plans set out in this Price List are abbreviated and indicative. The detailed, current and binding scope and limits are presented in the Service panel and at the time of purchase.
- Changing the Plan and the billing cycle. An upgrade to a higher Plan and a change of billing cycle within the same Plan take effect immediately. The Payment Operator settles the price difference for the remainder of the current Billing Period pro rata, as an additional charge or by crediting the unused part of the fee towards subsequent fees. A downgrade to a lower Plan takes effect from the next Billing Period (§ 7(9) of the Terms of Service).
- Cancellation and refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid Billing Period, monthly or yearly, until which the User keeps access to the Service. The fee for a monthly Billing Period that has already started is non-refundable. A User who ends a yearly-billed Plan before the end of the paid year keeps it until the end of the current month and receives a refund of the part of the yearly fee in proportion to the unused part of the year, that is for the whole months left until its end (§ 7(5) of the Terms of Service). The rights of a sole trader treated as a consumer are set out in § 16 of the Terms of Service.

The table above is informational. The exact scope of features and limits applicable at the time of purchase is presented in the Service panel.
Going over the order limit. The order limit covers, in total, the orders paid for by buyers on all Allegro accounts connected to the Account and placed in a given calendar month; cancelled and unpaid orders are not counted. Once 90% of the limit is passed, the Service sends an e-mail about the state of the limit. Going over the limit gives rise to no additional fee and does not stop order synchronisation. The first calendar month over the limit does not restrict the Service. If the limit is exceeded in the second calendar month in a row, the Service temporarily restricts the growth and AI features shown in the panel, including the AI Assistant, creating offer and reply drafts, adding Allegro accounts and adding recurring imports. Order synchronisation, existing data and the other features keep working unchanged. The restriction ends as soon as the Plan is changed to one with a higher order limit, or after a month in which the limit was not exceeded ends. During the restriction the AI Wallet balance stays on the Account (§ 10(4) of the Terms of Service).
Enterprise plan. For larger sellers and teams, an Enterprise Plan is available with individual pricing, covering lifted limits (Allegro accounts, orders, imports, warehouses), the full range of features and priority support. The terms of the Enterprise Plan are agreed individually - contact: [email protected].
§ 3. What each Plan includes (in brief)
- Starter (PLN 99 net/month) - the entry package for a single seller: 1 Allegro account, up to 1,000 orders per month, basic real margin and performance analytics, returns and complaints monitoring, basic alerts and access to the AI Assistant settled from the AI Wallet.
- Pro (PLN 349 net/month) - the package for growing sellers: up to 5 Allegro accounts and 5,000 orders per month, full analytics and period comparisons, anomaly detection, price automation (custom rules), the advertising campaign module, AI offer drafts and replies, shipping control and stock synchronisation, and access to the public API.
- Business (PLN 799 net/month) - the package for larger sellers and teams: up to 10 Allegro accounts and 10,000 orders per month, the full range of features and the highest limits.
Features common to all Plans include, among others: handling multiple Allegro accounts from a single interface (within the Plan's limit), the Allegro integration and access to AI features settled from the AI Wallet.
§ 4. AI Wallet (pay-per-use settlement)
- Features using artificial intelligence (including the AI Assistant) are settled separately from the subscription fees, on a pay-per-use basis, from the AI Wallet - a prepaid balance in PLN (§ 10 of the Terms of Service).
- Top-ups. The AI Wallet balance is replenished through top-ups made via the Payment Operator. A single top-up is between PLN 50 and PLN 5,000 net. The panel offers ready amounts of PLN 50, PLN 100, PLN 250 and PLN 500, and the User may also enter an amount of their own within that range. Top-up amounts are net amounts and will be increased by VAT at the applicable rate of 23%, save for the exception described in § 9(1) of the Terms of Service. The amount charged is the chosen net amount plus the VAT due (e.g. a top-up of PLN 100 net means a payment of PLN 123), and the AI Wallet is credited with the chosen net amount. The VAT is shown on the invoice.
- Usage. Each use of an AI feature reduces the AI Wallet balance by a fee corresponding to that usage. The current balance and the usage history are available in the User's panel.
- Nature of the funds. Funds in the AI Wallet constitute a prepayment towards future services and are neither money nor electronic money; they do not bear interest. An unused balance remains available for as long as the Account is active, except for the periods in which AI features are restricted, referred to in § 2 of this Price List and in § 10(4) of the Terms of Service; during that time the balance stays on the Account. A sole trader treated as a consumer is entitled to a refund of the unused balance after the Agreement ends, on the terms of § 10(4) of the Terms of Service; for other Users the unused balance is non-refundable, subject to mandatory provisions of law (§ 10(3)–(4) of the Terms of Service).
- Nature of AI output. Content generated by AI features is auxiliary in nature and may be inaccurate - the rules are described in § 10 of the Terms of Service.
§ 5. Trial Period
- Salecare provides a free Trial Period of 14 days, covering the features of the Business Plan, started automatically when the e-mail address given at Account registration is confirmed, or upon registration when the Account is registered through a Google, Microsoft or Apple account.
- The Trial Period is available once per Allegro account and once per tax identification number (NIP) or VAT number and does not require payment method details. If an Allegro account that has already had a Trial Period in another Account is connected to the Account, or the NIP or VAT number of another Account registered earlier is saved in the invoice details, the Trial Period ends when that account is connected or that number is saved, unless the User has already activated a paid Plan (§ 7(7) of the Terms of Service).
- The Trial Period does not automatically convert into a paid Plan and does not involve any automatic charge (§ 7(7) of the Terms of Service).
- If the User does not activate a paid Plan by the end of the Trial Period, including a Trial Period ended under paragraph 2, the features available only in the Pro and Business Plans are switched off, and the Service stops retrieving data from Allegro automatically and running background work (including the synchronisation of orders and offers, automatic price changes and automatic reply drafts). The Account remains available with the features of the Starter Plan for 90 days, during which the User may download their data or activate a paid Plan. After that the Account and the data are deleted (§ 7(8) of the Terms of Service).
§ 6. Rules for price changes
- The Operator may change the Price List only for valid reasons and following the procedure set out in § 19 of the Terms of Service (amendment of the Terms of Service), notifying the User at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
- A price change does not affect the already paid part of the current Billing Period. The new price applies from the next Billing Period.
- A User who does not accept a change to the Price List may terminate the Agreement before the change takes effect, with effect at the end of the paid Billing Period (§ 19(3) of the Terms of Service).
§ 7. Binding offer
- This Price List is informational. The binding, current offer (gross and net prices, the scope of features, limits, available AI Wallet top-ups and the terms of the Trial Period) is presented in the Service panel at the time of purchase, each and every time, and it is that offer which forms the basis for concluding and settling the Agreement.
- In the event of any discrepancy between this document and the offer presented at the time of purchase, the offer presented in the panel at the time of purchase prevails, subject to mandatory provisions of law.
