Allegro fee control that catches unusual charges.

Salecare compares every Allegro fee with your own norm from the last 90 days and flags anything that deviates. You spot a billing error or a cost spike right away, not at month end. You find these fees under Finance, in To recover.

How Allegro fee control works in Salecare

Your own norm, not a fixed threshold

For fee types with enough history your typical level over the last 90 days is calculated. An alert appears when a single fee clearly deviates from that norm or, on the Business plan and up, when fees show up more often than usual. Beyond fees, commission-rate jumps are monitored too, and alerts can monitor sales drops and an unusual return rate on an offer.

Sensitivity tuned to how you sell

You set one of three sensitivity levels, Cautious, Balanced or Sensitive. You can also mute ad costs you scale on purpose, and skip small amounts below a chosen threshold.

New fee types are visible too

On the Business plan and up, a fee that was not on the account before is flagged separately. A new kind of cost is visible right away.

Signal, not noise

Every unchecked fee lands on the Unusual fees list and counts towards the To recover amount on the dashboard. Muted fees disappear from the signal list, but they never change your margin or costs.

Who Allegro fee control is for

A seller who reads settlements once a month

A shipping surcharge or a commission charged at a higher rate gets lost among hundreds of lines in an Allegro settlement. Salecare checks every fee each morning and reports only those that deviate from your norm. Instead of reading the whole settlement, you check the two or three items that really need it.

A company with several Allegro accounts

Every signal names the Allegro account the fee was charged on, and the list gathers all accounts in one view. The norm is calculated from the history of each fee type, so an account with expensive products does not inflate the threshold for an account with cheap ones. The person responsible for settlements sees in one place where something deviates, without logging in to each account separately.

A seller who advertises on Allegro

Ads and promotion costs rise when you raise the budget yourself, and that should not raise an alarm. The Leave out ads and promotion fees switch takes them off the signal list, while they stay in the margin and on the dashboard. While the switch is on, Salecare reports none of these fees, even when they are charged more often than usual.

What an Allegro settlement will not tell you on its own

A settlement shows amounts, not deviations

In the Allegro panel you see the list of charged fees, but no line is marked as higher than usual. To notice it, you have to remember what that fee cost in previous weeks. Salecare keeps that history for you, calculates a norm from the last 90 days for each fee type and shows the value next to the signal together with the comparison, for example 103.66 zł against a norm of up to 26.02 zł.

A high commission is not always an expensive product

Commission grows with the sale price, so a high commission amount on its own says nothing. Salecare compares the commission rate, the percentage of the sale, and reports an order only when the rate is higher than usual. An expensive order at the usual rate raises no alarm, while an ordinary order at an inflated rate lands on the list to check.

A spreadsheet does not know a new fee type appeared

A manual comparison in a spreadsheet needs someone to download the settlement every month, match the columns and calculate averages. A new kind of fee that was not on the account before has nothing to be compared with and passes unnoticed. On the Business plan and up Salecare flags a new fee type separately and reports a known fee being charged more often, regardless of its amount.

Fees are compared with your own 90-day norm, at three configurable sensitivity levels.

What you need and what fee control does not do

A connected account with settlements access

Fees come from the settlements of your Allegro account, so the account must be connected with the Allegro settlements and fees permission. A norm for a fee type only exists once there is enough history, which is why the signal list tends to be shorter in the first weeks after connecting. While settlements are still downloading, the page shows the progress above the list.

A check once a day, not live

Detection runs once a day, in the morning. A signal from this morning concerns fees charged up to yesterday, and a change of sensitivity or amount threshold applies from the next morning check. This is not a live view but a daily control of your settlements.

Salecare does not dispute the fee with Allegro

Fee control points at the item and compares it with the norm; the decision and the dispute with Allegro stay with you. Salecare changes nothing on the Allegro account, reverses no fees and writes nothing to Allegro on your behalf. The Report to Allegro button copies a ready description of the fee with its amount and norm and opens the Allegro form, and you send it. Marking a signal as checked closes it on the list only.

Questions about Allegro fee control

How does Salecare know what counts as an anomaly?
A fee is compared against your own 90-day history, not against a global average. The threshold depends on the sensitivity you chose.
Will a spike in ad spend produce a lot of alerts?
No, if you switch on Leave out ads and promotion fees. Then deliberate ad scaling does not generate false signals, and the cost still counts into the margin.
Does muting an alert change my costs or margin?
No. Muting only removes the anomaly signal. The cost still counts into your margin, and Salecare changes nothing on your Allegro account.
Which plan includes fee control?
Salecare checks fee amounts and the commission rate from the Pro plan. More frequent charges and new fee types are checked from the Business plan. The full plan comparison, including offer and account limits, is on the pricing page. In a plan with this feature, monitoring covers all connected Allegro accounts, and every signal names the account the fee was charged on.
How often are fees checked and where does the data come from?
Salecare pulls settlements from Allegro after the account is authorized, and the fee check runs once a day, in the morning. Changes to the detection settings, that is sensitivity, leaving out ads and promotion fees and the amount threshold, apply from the next morning check. While settlements are still downloading, the page shows the progress above the list.
What happens after I mark a signal as checked?
The signal leaves the Unusual fees list and no longer counts towards the To recover amount. You get back to it with the Show checked link under the list. You close several signals at once by selecting the rows and clicking Mark as checked. Marking changes no costs or margin and sends nothing to Allegro.
