An Allegro repricer that never goes below your margin.

The repricer follows the market and does not let the price drop below the threshold that pays off for you. You set the minimum margin, the repricer does the rest.

How the Allegro repricer in Salecare works

Two pricing modes

Allegro automation hands the rule straight to Allegro and follows the lowest price of the product on Allegro. The Salecare repricer works at a set frequency and picks the tactic itself. With competitors around it follows the market with a margin guard, and when they disappear it maximises profit. You choose the mode separately for each offer.

A minimum price counted from real costs

The minimum price is built from the purchase price, the commission for this offer's category, the shipping cost and the cost of packing and handling the order. The commission is taken cautiously, as whichever is higher, Allegro's own quote for the category or the rate this offer's settlements actually show. The threshold is worked out again the moment the purchase price changes, including after a cost list upload, and once more every night so it keeps up with the commission.

You do not compete with your own offers

If you sell the same product on several accounts, the repricer skips your own offers when working out the competition. You compete with the market, not with yourself.

Full control and preview

You see a live preview of the minimum price before you save the rule, and you can turn off any offer or run it straight away with Run now. Next to the minimum price you set a maximum price and a daily limit of price cuts. In the repricer settings you can also switch on the Pause after a sudden drop in a competitor's price, off by default.

Who the Allegro repricer in Salecare is for

You sell hundreds of offers and cannot keep up with prices

With a few hundred offers, watching prices by hand always ends the same way. Someone drops 10 groszy, then 20, and a week later the whole competition sells below the break-even point. The repricer checks the offer at the frequency you set, from 5 minutes to 24 hours, and changes the price without you. Competitor prices are refreshed every hour on Pro, every 15 minutes on Business and every 5 minutes on Enterprise. You set the minimum margin once, for one offer or for many at a time in the bulk-edit rules dialog.

You already had an automation that lost money on every unit

A blind automation follows the cheapest offer even when that price does not cover your costs. In Salecare the minimum price comes from the purchase price and the margin, and a switch decides whether it also covers the Allegro commission, shipping and order packing and handling. When competitors sell below that boundary, the repricer stops at the minimum price and records it in the history. Whether to keep fighting on price is your decision.

You run several Allegro accounts with the same goods

When the same product sits on several of your accounts, an ordinary price monitor sees them as competition and lets them undercut each other. Salecare skips your own accounts automatically, including an account you connect later. The competitor list also drops every auction, because an auction price is the current bid rather than a price anything can be bought at, and every offer priced in another currency.

What Allegro price rules do not do

A minimum price from your costs, not typed by hand

An Allegro price rule takes a ready-made price band from you, and after every cost change you correct it by hand. In Salecare the minimum price follows from the purchase price, the minimum margin and, with the switch on, the commission, shipping and order packing and handling. The commission comes from Allegro's quote for the offer's category, and when this offer's settlements show a higher rate, the higher one is used. The threshold is worked out again the moment the purchase price changes and once more every night so it keeps up with the commission.

The price rises when competitors disappear

An automation that only chases the lowest price leaves your offer at the bottom even when nobody else sells any more. The Salecare repricer picks the tactic itself. With competitors around it follows the market by a set amount under the cheapest offer, and on an empty market it raises the price to the maximum price, set by the product's suggested selling price, the maximum margin or your own amount.

Every change has a reason you can read

The history next to an offer shows when and why the repricer moved the price, and the full history of all offers gives the price before and after the change, the lowest competitor price with the seller's login and the reason for the decision. You also see the lowest price in 30 days, the base Allegro uses for the discount it shows buyers. You narrow the list with filters and download it as CSV, Excel or PDF.

The minimum price combines four real cost components, the purchase price, the commission, shipping and order packing and handling. It is worked out again after every purchase price change.

What you need first and what the repricer will not do

An offer needs a product with a purchase price

The minimum price is counted from the purchase price, so an offer without a product, marked No product in Offers, has no minimum price and the repricer does not change it. A VAT-registered company also needs a VAT rate for the goods, because the margin is measured on the net purchase price. Competitors are matched by EAN code, and by offer name without one, which finds fewer competitors.

The repricer leaves a price someone else is changing

An offer with its own Allegro price rule stays as it is and the reason goes into the history. Offers in Allegro campaigns, such as the Deals zone, are skipped only after you switch on Skip offers in Allegro campaigns in the repricer settings. The switch is off by default, so the repricer changes their price too, and Allegro may refuse it or remove the offer from the campaign. When Allegro does not answer the request for competitor offers, the repricer waits for the next check, because a market that could not be read is not an empty market.

You limit how far it goes

The repricer never goes below the minimum price. The daily limit says how many times a day it may cut the price, and the undercut amount how far below the cheapest offer it sets it. With the pause switched on, a drop of at least 10% in the lowest competitor price within an hour holds the price for up to two hours. The repricer asks Allegro for buy now offers only, on the Polish Allegro market only. A seller or a single offer that describes other goods under the same code can be excluded from the comparison in this offer only or in every offer of the company.

Questions about the Allegro repricer

How is the minimum price worked out?
With the Minimum price covers costs switch on, the minimum price is the price at which, after Allegro's commission, the purchase price, shipping cost, order packing and handling cost and your minimum margin are left. You set the margin as a percentage or an amount on top of the purchase price. With the switch off, the minimum price is the purchase price plus the margin, and the commission, shipping and order packing and handling come out of that margin. A company registered for VAT works on net amounts, other sellers on gross amounts.
Can the repricer go below a profitable price?
No. The minimum price is a hard boundary counted from your costs. The repricer will never set a lower price, even when the competition goes very low.
What does an offer need for the repricer to work?
The offer must be linked to a product with a known purchase price, which is what the minimum price is counted from. Competitors are matched by EAN code, and by the offer name when the code is missing. An offer without a product is marked No product in Offers, and the repricer does not change it.
How often does the price change?
The Salecare repricer works at a frequency starting at 15 minutes; Business shortens it to 10 minutes and Enterprise to 5.
What if the competitor list holds a cheaper offer of different goods?
One EAN code often covers a whole family of goods, so a single unit can stand next to your set. On the offer you click the badge with the competitor count, read the listing title and use the row menu to exclude that one offer or the whole seller, in this offer only or in every offer. An exclusion takes effect on the next check and can be undone at any time with the Restore button.
When does the repricer leave the price unchanged?
When the cheapest competitor sells below your minimum price, the price stops at that boundary. The repricer also leaves an offer with its own Allegro price rule and an offer for which Allegro returned no competitor offers. It skips offers in Allegro campaigns once Skip offers in Allegro campaigns is switched on. Each case gets a history entry with the reason, so a price that stays put never looks like a fault.
Can I see why the price changed, and can I stop it?
Yes. Change history in the offer menu shows every check that changed the price or was skipped, with the price before and after the change and the reason. The full history covers all offers and accounts, with filters and an export to a file. You can turn off any offer or run it straight away from its menu, with Turn off and Run now, and change the rules of many offers in one bulk-edit dialog.

Set the minimum margin once and the repricer holds the price for you.
