Allegro commission refund without manual claims, returns in one place.

When a buyer returns an item, part of the Allegro commission is owed back to you. Salecare detects these settlements, prepares the claims and runs the whole return from report to margin impact.

How Salecare recovers the Allegro commission refund

Automatic detection of commission refunds

Allegro settles most returns on its own. Salecare compares settlements and finds the rest, the orders after an item return, a cancellation or a missing payment for which Allegro has not given the commission back. Instead of searching by hand, you get a ready list of amounts to recover.

Claims sent to Allegro

The prepared claim goes to Allegro through the official channel, and Salecare tracks its status, Sent, Granted or Rejected. From the Business plan you switch automatic sending on separately for each Allegro account. Salecare then sends every newly detected case, except those Allegro would reject.

The item return from start to finish

Every return has a reason, a status and a deadline. You grade the item condition, Like new, Signs of use or Damaged, and pick the disposition, Restock, Relist as used or Dispose of. In repeat cases Salecare suggests the decision. The disposition sets the value recovery counted into the order margin, and goods marked Dispose of do not come back into warehouse stock.

The buyer's correspondence in one place

From a return you go to that buyer's correspondence, searched by their login, with what they wrote, what they expect and where the case stands. You also see how many returns that buyer has, and a decision hint can flag a return from a buyer with many returns.

Who the Allegro commission refund in Salecare is for

A seller with dozens of returns a month

Every return, cancellation and unpaid order is a separate claim in the Allegro panel, and you have 45 days to file it. With dozens of such cases a month some always slip through. Salecare reads your settlements, detects each case on its own, shows the amount and the days left to the deadline, and once the automation is on it files the claim for you.

A company running several Allegro accounts

A claim is filed in the name of a specific account, so you switch automatic filing on separately for each one. The main shop can file on its own while an outlet stays under your control. You see the cases from every account in one list, without logging into one panel after another.

A warehouse receiving return parcels

When a parcel arrives you scan it and land on the right return straight away. You grade the item condition, Like new, Signs of use or Damaged, and pick the disposition, Restock, Relist as used or Dispose of. The disposition sets the value recovery counted into the order margin, and goods marked Dispose of do not come back into warehouse stock.

What the Allegro panel does not do for you

The Allegro panel waits for your claim

Allegro refunds the commission after a return, a cancellation or an unpaid order, but in many cases only on a claim filed separately for each transaction. After 45 days the claim is no longer accepted. Salecare files claims through the official channel and shows the days left to the deadline on every case.

A spreadsheet knows no statuses or deadlines

A list of returns in a spreadsheet does not know that Allegro rejected a claim or that the decision deadline on a return runs out tomorrow. Salecare syncs claim statuses automatically every few hours, shows the days left next to every case and sends a notification when something needs your decision.

Manual handling never reaches the margin

A return closed in the Allegro panel does not change the result of that order in your margin spreadsheet. In Salecare the recovered commission, the cost of handling the return and the value recovered from the goods adjust the margin of that order right away, so the dashboard shows the result after returns, not before them.

Commission refund claims go to Allegro through the official channel, and Salecare syncs their statuses automatically every few hours.

What you need first and what refunds do not do

Write permissions in Allegro

Filing claims needs the orders write permission, and refunding a buyer from Salecare needs the payment refunds permission. Without them the account keeps working. A banner with a Reconnect button stands above the claims list, and one with an Update permissions button above the returns list.

Three situations wait for you

The automation holds back a return for a defect, damage, a missing element, a late delivery or goods other than ordered on an account whose sale quality is lower than Neutral, a case with no refund of the payment through Allegro, when the account connection holds the payments read permission, and an order payable on delivery without a tracking number, because Allegro rejects such claims. These cases stay on the list to send with the Needs a look status and the reason. You can file them yourself if you know something the app does not.

Money goes back only with your consent

Salecare never refunds a buyer without your decision. Decision hints are only suggestions, they never reject a return automatically. Sending decisions to Allegro is switched on separately for each account, and accepting a return asks you to confirm the amount.

Questions about the Allegro commission refund and returns

Does Salecare send the claims for me?
Yes, once you enable automatic sending and grant the order write permission in Allegro. Automatic sending is part of the Business plan and up. The automation does not send a claim Allegro would reject, that is one without a refund of the payment through Allegro, one after a return for a defect at a sale quality lower than Neutral, and one on an order payable on delivery without a tracking number. The automation checks the payment refund only when the account connection holds the payments read permission. Such cases wait for you with the Needs a look status and the reason.
How does Salecare know how much commission is owed?
The amount on the list is the commission Allegro settled for the order, and on a partial return the share of it that matches the value of the returned products. How much Allegro actually gave back Salecare records from Allegro's decision on the claim, and it checks the claim statuses every 3 hours.
Does an item return affect the margin?
Yes. After you grade the condition and decide what happens to the item, the recovered value automatically adjusts the order margin, so the dashboard shows the result after returns.
Which situations does Salecare detect as a commission refund owed to me?
An item return, a cancelled order and an unpaid order, when Allegro has not given the commission back on its own. A claim on which the buyer sent the goods back through the Purchase history tab shows as a return. Every case gets an amount to recover and the days left to the 45-day deadline from the purchase. Once it passes, the case gets the Past the deadline status and moves to the sent and decided list, because Allegro will not accept the claim any more.
How long do I have to decide on an item return?
Allegro runs two clocks and the earlier one binds, 7 days from the return parcel being delivered or 14 days from the return request. The return card in Salecare names the deadline that applies to the case, shows the days left and the date the shorter clock started from.
Is the cost of handling a return counted into the margin?
Yes. In the settings you describe a return cost rule, the return shipment, repacking and the percentage of value recovered, globally or separately for an Allegro category. Every rate has an effective date, so history is priced with the old rates and new returns with the new ones. You enter the amounts gross, and the net margin deducts VAT from them.
