Wholesaler price and stock import that refreshes your Allegro offers.

You connect the wholesaler file once, from an FTP server or a URL, and Salecare fetches it on a schedule and applies the changes to your catalogue. A one-off CSV, XML or XLSX file can also be uploaded by hand. Current purchase prices feed your margin and the repricer, and from the Pro plan stock levels are also sent to your Allegro offers.

Stock updates on Allegro offers from the Pro plan, the shortest import cycle, every 5 minutes, on the Enterprise plan. See pricing

How the wholesaler price and stock import works

A schedule instead of manual uploads

The import fetches the file from an FTP server or a URL and runs automatically, on a cycle from every 5 minutes to once a month, with the shortest cycle depending on the plan. You see every run on a list with the number of applied changes, and its effects can be undone with one click for 24 hours.

Every field has one owner

With several sources you decide per field whether a source overwrites it always, only in new products, or only when it is empty. When two imports want to write the same field, Salecare blocks the save until the conflict is resolved instead of letting them overwrite each other repeatedly.

Dated prices, stock with automatic offer ending

A purchase price can take effect from a chosen date, so a raise from the first of the month counts in the margin from exactly that day. A product that disappears from the wholesaler file can get zero stock, and on an account where the warehouse updates the quantity, the offer gets 0 units and Allegro ends it.

From the Pro plan stock is sent to your Allegro offers

From the Pro plan Salecare sends stock to your offers on the accounts where you switch it on, with a cap on the shown quantity if you need one. At zero stock the offer gets 0 units and Allegro ends it. If you turn on relisting the offer when stock returns, Salecare relists it once the goods are restocked, provided Allegro ended it for lack of stock and the offer carries complete product safety data. Unpaid orders hold stock only for a set time.

Who the wholesaler import in Salecare is for

You dropship from a wholesaler file

A product goes out of stock at the wholesaler, the Allegro offer is still up, a buyer pays for goods that do not exist, and you cancel the order and collect negative feedback. The automatic import fetches the wholesaler file on a schedule and applies the new stock levels to your catalogue, and on an account where the warehouse updates the quantity, an offer at zero stock gets 0 units and Allegro ends it before anyone buys it.

You retype the supplier price list by hand

Retyping a price list by hand is a day's work and a source of typos in purchase prices that later distort your margin. A wholesaler file handles it in minutes. You save the column mapping once, so the next file from the same supplier needs no clicking through again, and with a file at a fixed address the schedule does it without you.

You have several sources and your own warehouse

When prices come from two wholesalers and stock from your own warehouse, every field gets one owner. For each source you decide whether it overwrites a field always, only in new products, or only when it is empty. Imports run one after another in the order you set, and stock lands in the warehouse you point at.

What manual file uploads do not give you

A schedule instead of remembering the file

With a manual import the file updates when someone remembers it, and in the meantime stock drifts away from the wholesaler. The automatic import fetches the file from a URL or an FTP server on a cycle from every 5 minutes to once a month, at the hour you choose, and under the schedule you immediately see when the next import runs.

A preview and an undo instead of a wrecked catalogue

A shifted column in a spreadsheet only shows after saving, when the prices of the whole catalogue are already scrambled. In Salecare the first run of a new source always prepares a preview of the changes for approval, every run has a report with the number of changes and a log of saved values, and the whole run can be undone for 24 hours.

Safeguards instead of trusting the wholesaler

A broken wholesaler file can zero your stock or cut the purchase prices of the whole range in a single import. Safeguards compare each run with the previous one and detect a sudden change in file size, mass zeroing of stock, a mass drop or rise in prices, a column that is gone from the file and a changed number format. When the file looks suspicious, the import holds until you confirm it.

An automatic import runs on a cycle from every 5 minutes to once a month, and every run can be undone for 24 hours.

What you need first and what the import does not do

A CSV, XML or XLSX file at a fixed address

The automatic import needs a CSV, XML or XLSX file available at a URL or on an FTP server. A file from your disk goes through the one-off import, which accepts .csv, .tsv, .txt, .xml and .xlsx files up to 50 MB. Salecare detects the separator and the number format automatically.

Prices in złoty only

Salecare calculates margin and the minimum price in złoty only. A row with a price in a foreign currency gets an error, and an error stops the whole run, so not a single row from the file reaches the catalogue. Convert euro prices to złoty in the source file and run the import again.

The shortest cycle depends on the plan

The 5-minute cycle is on the Enterprise plan, lower plans have longer cycles. Undoing a run expires after 24 hours, so review import results as they happen. The file-size safeguard starts at 10 rows in the previous run and does not react on a smaller file.

Questions about the wholesaler price and stock import

What happens when the wholesaler publishes a broken file?
Safeguards compare each run with the previous one. When the file suddenly loses a large share of rows, the import can hold and wait until you review and confirm the changes. And if something was already saved, you can undo the whole run for 24 hours.
Will the offer end when the goods sell out?
Yes. At zero stock Salecare sends 0 units to the offer, and Allegro ends it. If you turn on relisting the offer when stock returns, Salecare relists it once the goods are restocked, provided Allegro ended it for lack of stock and the offer carries complete product safety data, because since 4 August 2025 Allegro does not accept a relist without it. Without that option an ended offer waits for a manual relist.
How often can the import run?
From every 5 minutes to once a month. The most frequent intervals come with the higher plans, and you set the schedule separately for each source.
How does Salecare recognise a product from the file?
By what you map. A mapped barcode points at a product by its EAN, an SKU on its own by SKU, and a file with neither matches by name. The question of which code wins comes up only when the file carries both. The column mapping is saved once and used on every subsequent run.
Can the prices in the file be net?
Yes. In the Prices section you state whether the prices in the file are net or gross and give the default VAT rate for rows without their own VAT column. Purchase prices are stored gross, so net prices are converted by Salecare itself. The "Prices apply from" field lets you set the date from which the new costs count in the margin.
What happens to a product that disappeared from the wholesaler file?
By default it is left unchanged, because part of a file suddenly vanishing more often means a wholesaler problem than a real end of the product range. In the import options you can zero its stock instead. On an account where the warehouse updates the quantity, its offer then gets 0 units and Allegro ends it. If you turn on relisting the offer when stock returns, the offer comes back once the goods are restocked, provided it carries complete product safety data.
