How the AI assistant for Allegro sellers works

Answers on your data

The assistant reads your company margin, offers, orders, ads, competitors, unusual fees and commission refunds, and what data it reads depends on your plan. You ask in plain language, and it counts on the real numbers from your account.

From answer to action

Each answer comes with clickable shortcuts, for example "show these offers" or "go to commission refunds". Instead of hunting through the menu, you go straight where you need to.

It finds products and correspondence

You ask about products similar to a specific model or about earlier correspondence with a buyer, and the assistant searches the catalogue and threads by meaning, not just by keyword. Semantic search and comparing your product price with offers on the market work on the Business plan and up.

Your data, your permissions

The assistant sees only your company data, and it can change only what your team permission covers. An offer price it proposes, and the change takes effect when you click Apply price, which also turns off the repricer of that offer. A repricer rule it pauses and resumes at once, and a return decision it records in Salecare at once. Conversations are fully isolated between companies.

Who the AI assistant in Salecare is for

A seller with no time for reports

You run the sales yourself and every report means more clicks. Instead of hunting through tabs, you ask "Which offers have the lowest margin?" and get an answer counted on the orders and costs of your account, with a shortcut to those offers. The answer arrives where you are working, without leaving the current view.

An owner who wants to know what is going on

Sales dropped and you want to know where. You ask "Why did sales drop?", and the assistant lines up margin, offers, ads and sales quality, and shows next to the answer which data it used. You check the more important conclusions on the screens it points to before you act, because you are talking to an AI system.

A team with separate permissions

In a larger company the assistant respects the permissions of each teammate. Someone who may only look at the repricer or at returns cannot change anything there through the assistant either. Conversations are saved, so you go back to an earlier thread in History instead of asking again, and you delete a conversation you no longer need from History after a confirmation.

What the Allegro panel and a spreadsheet cannot give you

The Allegro panel shows data, it does not answer questions

The Allegro panel has sales reports and statistics, but the answer to "which offers are losing margin this week?" you assemble yourself from several screens and your own costs. The assistant knows the purchase costs, fees and commission refunds recorded in Salecare, counts the answer on those numbers and adds a shortcut to the right page.

A spreadsheet does not know today's orders

A spreadsheet has to be fed with exports and recalculated by hand. The assistant reads margin, offers, orders, ads, competitors, unusual fees and commission refunds straight from the account in Salecare, as far as your plan allows, so a question about current sales gets an answer on current data, with no file in between and no formulas to look after.

Searching by meaning, not only by keyword

The panel's search finds the exact word. The assistant searches the product catalogue and the correspondence with buyers by meaning, so a question about products similar to a specific model or about an earlier conversation with a customer returns a result without the exact name. Semantic search works on the Business plan and up.

The assistant draws on dozens of tools over your data, and any proposed change happens only on your click.

What you need and what the assistant does not do

A connected Allegro account and an AI wallet

The assistant counts on the data synced from your connected Allegro account, and every question reduces the AI wallet balance. A question at the Balanced quality costs about 0.04 zł, and actual usage is what gets charged. You top the wallet up in advance, and automatic top-up keeps the balance from dropping below the threshold you set.

Three changes, one you click to apply

The assistant mostly reads. It can change three things. It proposes a new offer price, which takes effect only when you click Apply price and never moves more than 20 percent from the current price. The repricer of that offer is then turned off. It pauses and resumes a repricer rule. It records a return decision in Salecare. It changes the price and the repricer from the Pro plan. Nothing else is edited or listed.

AI answers need checking

You are talking to an AI system, so answers may be inaccurate. With each one the assistant shows which data it used, and it gives amounts the way the Salecare screens do, net for a VAT payer, saying so when an amount is gross. Verify the more important conclusions on the screen it points to before you act on them.

Questions about the AI assistant for Allegro sellers

Can the assistant change anything in my data automatically?
The assistant changes three things, and only when you ask for it. An offer price it proposes, and the change takes effect when you click Apply price, which also turns off the repricer of that offer. A repricer rule it pauses and resumes at once, and a return decision it records in Salecare at once. Both of those need the repricer or the returns permission, and nothing else is edited or listed.
Does the assistant see other companies' data?
No. Every conversation is limited to your company and your account. Isolation is enforced on the system side, not just in the prompt.
How much does the assistant cost to use?
The cost comes off the AI wallet by real usage. You see the balance and the spending history on the AI wallet page, with no subscription for mere availability.
Which plan has the AI assistant?
The assistant works on every plan. Ads and unusual fee data and the price and repricer changes come from the Pro plan, and competitors, semantic search and the Accurate quality from the Business plan. You try all of it in the free 14-day trial with the Business feature set, with no card required. The cost of the questions themselves comes off the AI wallet by usage, with no subscription for availability.
Can I choose how accurate the assistant should be?
Yes. In Settings, under AI quality, you choose one quality for every task or a separate one for each, for example for the assistant, offer drafts or discussion replies. Economy is the cheapest and fastest, Balanced weighs cost against quality, and Accurate handles harder questions more reliably but costs more per action. Next to each level you see the indicative cost of a single action.
Does the assistant remember earlier conversations?
Yes. Conversations are saved, and the Conversation / History switch in the panel brings up the list of recent conversations. You can continue an earlier thread, start a new conversation with one click, or delete one you no longer need. On a computer the assistant opens from the top bar and on a phone from the menu, anywhere in the app, so you return to a thread without changing the view.
