Allegro messages, discussions and claims in one deadline queue.

Message centre questions, discussions, claims and emails from the company mailbox stand in one queue, from the case with the nearest Allegro deadline. AI prepares a reply draft from the order context, an independent safety check reviews it, and you read the draft and send it.

The shared inbox and a draft on request are in Starter already, automatic drafts from Pro. See pricing

How Salecare runs Allegro messages and disputes

One inbox, three sources

Allegro messages, after-sale cases and your email in one place. You connect the company mailbox over IMAP and SMTP, so you receive and reply from your own address. The first view, To answer, orders the cases from the most urgent, under the headings Overdue, Today and Later, and the number next to Messages in the menu says how many cases wait.

A reply draft with context

AI knows the order and offer data, so the draft answers the buyer question specifically. It also recognises the topic of the message, Delivery, Order status, Invoice or Claim for example. It can also draw on your earlier replies, your product catalogue and the history of correspondence with that buyer.

A draft checked before you see it

Right after the draft is written, Salecare checks it on seven points. It checks three itself, without AI, namely whether the draft has content, whether its addresses, phone numbers and account numbers come from your earlier messages or the order, and whether it repeats nothing another buyer wrote. An AI model judges the other four in a separate, fresh request, in which it does not see the assistant's confidence. You see the result, No issues, Needs checking or Not checked, its reason and the facts that shaped the confidence in the How the AI draft was made panel in the conversation menu. The assistant never sends a reply on its own.

Deadlines and attachments

For claims Salecare shows the reply deadline, that is 24 business hours to react. On a claim you also see the 7-day decision target that the Claim resolution time measure depends on. You see buyer photos right in the thread, without downloading them from a separate panel.

Allegro warnings in the same inbox

A removed or ended offer, an account block or a terms violation lands in the From Allegro view and in the notification bell. You learn about a sanction right away, not only after sales drop.

Discussions with the decision deadline in view

On a claim you see the case state as Allegro sees it and the deadline for your decision, and once it passes, the note that Allegro accepted the claim for you. When the buyer escalates the case, the row plainly shows the Allegro intervention. In the deadline queue a discussion also carries the Allegro intervention clock, which counts the days until the buyer may ask Allegro to step in. On a claim the queue also watches the recommended 3 days to settle how the item is sent back, and the Refund filter keeps the cases where a refund is still to be made.

What you see when the automation fails

A safety check on every draft

When a point of the check fails, the How the AI draft was made panel in the conversation menu shows the Needs checking result, the reason and the point that failed, a phone number outside the known facts for example. A check that gave no result shows Not checked, never No issues. The draft waits in the reply field with the AI draft badge, so nothing reaches the buyer without your click.

Who the shared Allegro inbox is for

A seller who replies alone between shipments

Questions from the message centre, claims and company mail land on one list of cases, with the threads awaiting a reply at the top. The AI draft answers from the order data, so a reply is one check and one click. The reply deadline stands beside every thread, so no case runs out of time in a forgotten tab.

A company with several Allegro accounts and a support team

Cases from every account land in one inbox, and each row carries the Allegro account it concerns. A thread opens next to the list, so one person moves between cases without going back to the inbox. On holiday cover or a change of staff, the successor gets the whole history of correspondence, mail included, in one view.

A seller whose claims slip past the deadline

A claim carries a decision deadline set by Allegro, and once it passes, Allegro accepts the claim for you. Salecare shows that deadline as a Decide by chip on the row and above the conversation, and once it passes the claim details say that Allegro accepted the claim for you. The Past deadline filter leaves only the cases that need action right now. The deadline queue gathers such cases from every account together with the message centre questions, and the number next to Messages in the menu says how many cases wait in the queue.

What the Allegro panel and a mail client do not give you

One list instead of two programs

In the Allegro panel you handle discussions and messages, and customer emails in a mail client, on a different checking rhythm. Salecare connects the company mailbox over IMAP and SMTP, and emails stand in the same list as messages and claims, with the Email chip. When a customer first writes an email and then opens a discussion, both cases sit side by side.

A reply deadline on every thread

Allegro gives 24 business hours to reply and counts them without Saturdays, Sundays and statutory days off, but it puts no clock on each conversation. Salecare counts the deadline the same way Allegro does and shows on threads from both channels when to reply by, "Reply by 14:30" for example, and once it passes, by how many days the reply is late.

A recognised topic instead of a raw list

In the inbox every row carries the topic the app recognised, Availability, Invoice or Returns and refunds for example, plus the status and the Allegro account. Eight topics come with the app, and you shape the list yourself in Settings. The same topics later decide which conversations get an AI draft.

Every case with an Allegro deadline in one queue, and every AI reply draft with the result of its safety check and the facts it rests on.

What you need first and what the inbox will not do alone

A connected Allegro account and an email box

Messages, discussions and claims appear once you connect an Allegro account in Settings. Emails appear on the list once you add the company mailbox under Mailboxes, with the password and the IMAP and SMTP server addresses from your mail provider.

The claim decision stays yours

AI prepares a reply draft, but it does not decide a claim. You pick accept or reject yourself, with a reason, and Salecare asks for a confirmation, because Allegro records the decision on the case and it cannot be withdrawn from the app. A discussion is closed by the buyer or by Allegro after 30 days.

You always send the reply

The assistant prepares a draft but never sends it on its own, not even with a high confidence and a No issues result. Invoice, Returns and refunds, Claim and Other carry a Risky badge, because they touch money, documents or disputes, so a draft for them deserves a particularly careful read. Drafts prepared without your click are part of the Pro plan and up, and every draft and its check are paid from the AI wallet.

Questions about Allegro messages and disputes in Salecare

Does AI send replies without my consent?
No. AI prepares the draft and you always send it, after reading it and correcting it if needed. Drafts prepared without your click start on the Pro plan; on Starter you ask for a draft with the button in the thread.
Does Salecare have an autoresponder for Allegro discussions and claims?
Salecare sends no AI reply without you. The assistant prepares a draft reply in messages, discussions and claims, an independent safety check reviews it, and you send it. The only thing that goes out automatically right after a buyer message is the acknowledgement you write yourself for each channel. Its text never comes from AI, and the conversation still waits for your reply.
Does Salecare remove negative ratings?
No. Allegro passes the request with its justification to the buyer, and only the buyer removes or changes the rating, by the date Allegro gives them in the email. You send the request yourself from the ratings list, for one rating or for many at once, and only for a negative rating Allegro still accepts requests for. The AI can prepare the justification of each request from the buyer's comment and the order's facts, and you read and correct it before it is sent. Salecare files no request without your click and never sends two requests for the same rating. On a rating filed you see whether the request is waiting for the buyer, did not reach Allegro, or whether the rating is gone, turned positive or is still on Allegro 14 days after the request.
Can I connect my own email box?
Yes. You connect the company mailbox in settings over IMAP and SMTP. Mail lands in the same inbox as Allegro threads, and replies go out from your own address.
Do I see Allegro claims and discussions?
Yes, after-sale cases from Allegro land in the same inbox, with the case state and the reply deadline marked.
Can I set the drafts differently for each Allegro account?
Yes. The draft settings cover the whole company, but any Allegro account can opt out of them. In the Allegro account settings, the Buyer messages row has the AI reply drafts choice with an "As in the company" option. Drafts can be prepared on an account with predictable questions, without spending the AI wallet where you write every answer from scratch anyway. Mail threads always follow the company setting.
How does Salecare count the reply deadline in a discussion?
The same way Allegro does. You have 24 business hours to reply, without Saturdays, Sundays and statutory days off. The reply deadline appears only while the next reply is yours to give, and once it passes, the chip turns red and says by how much you are late. On a claim there is a separate decision deadline, stated by Allegro itself, and a claim whose decision deadline is still running cannot be hidden.
How does a message acknowledgement differ from an AI draft?
An acknowledgement is a short, fixed text you write yourself, sent right after the buyer's first message and set separately for each channel. Its text never comes from AI. The conversation still waits for the proper reply, which you write, and on a channel with an acknowledgement the assistant prepares no draft. An AI draft is a ready answer to the buyer's question, built from the order data and the conversation history, which you read, correct if needed and send.

Reply before the deadline, with a ready reply draft.
