Ranked by margin, not turnover

High turnover does not mean profit. Salecare sorts offers by real margin after fees and costs, so the ones that actually earn are at the top.
The Losing switch on the dashboard shows the offers sold at a loss, and on the offers list the Negative margin only filter keeps just the losing items. You see plainly on which items you are losing, and you can react with price or cost.
The Trend column of the offers list opens a chart of the offer's revenue day by day in the chosen period. You spot the items that sell less and less before they turn into a loss.
You turn the repricer on right from the offers list with Turn on the repricer, and fix a losing offer there with its price or cost. The analysis does not end at a chart, it leads to action.
An alert points out active offers with no sales in a chosen window, including the ones that never sold at all. Instead of finding them by accident, you get their list and decide what happens next.
A filter on the offers list shows active offers with no sale in 30 days. You improve their title, photos, price or parameters in the offer editor or with the Boost with AI button, and the offer keeps its number, history and popularity. Salecare does not end offers that stopped selling.
The Allegro panel sorts by sales, so the top rows are the offers with the biggest turnover, including the ones where nothing is left after commission and cost of goods. The ranking in Salecare puts the offers with the highest real margin at the top, and the Losing switch shows the items sold at a loss. You decide on a price or a withdrawal from a number, not an impression.
The main shop and the outlet have separate offers and separate fees. In the account switcher at the top of the screen you pick one account or the All accounts view, and the offer list, the edit history and the bulk actions narrow to that choice. Offers from different accounts never mix, so the ranking speaks about the account you are looking at.
After a wholesaler import or at the end of a season, clicking through one offer at a time takes a day. The checkbox in the table header selects the page, and "Select all matching" covers every result of the current filters. With one action you change prices, titles, VAT, the description or the GPSR data. A price, title, VAT or description change lands in the edit history with an Undo button; GPSR data is applied by Allegro as one batch command over the whole set, so it is not undone.
The Allegro panel knows the price and the number of units sold, but not your cost of goods. Salecare takes it from the product in your database, subtracts commission, fees and shipping from your Allegro settlements, and shows the net margin next to the gross price. Until an offer has a product, its margin is marked as approximate, because it is worked out with the estimated cost of goods.
In Salecare you narrow the list by name or EAN, category, status, SKU signature, and price and margin ranges, and the "Negative margin only" toggle keeps just the loss-making items. Separate filters show offers with no product and offers missing GPSR data. The category search suggests only the categories you really have offers in.
A bulk price change across three hundred offers is one click, and rolling it back by hand is a day's work. In Salecare a save from Change prices, Change titles, VAT or Description, and from the single-offer editor, goes to the Change history with the values before and after, and you can undo it for 7 days. The Undo button restores one offer, and Undo all restores a whole bulk change at once. The Not accepted by Allegro filter gives the reason when a change never reached the offer.
Offers sorted by real margin after fees, with losses marked plainly.
The offer list fills up once an Allegro account is connected; the sync pulls the offers in within a few minutes. Only offers matched to a product with a purchase price get a real margin. The rest show a margin worked out with the estimated cost of goods, marked with ~, and never pose as an exact result until you assign products to them with Assign product.
The ranking shows and sorts, but it never changes a price or ends an offer on its own. You end an offer yourself, from the offers list, and relist an ended Buy now offer there under the same number for 60 days. You create a repricer rule from the list, and you confirm every bulk action yourself.
Reading offers needs an ordinary account connection. Changing prices, titles, VAT, descriptions and GPSR data, and ending offers, need an account connected with the offer-write permission. When the account loses that consent, the change never reaches Allegro, and Salecare sends a notification with a link to reconnect.
