A switch instead of re-logging
You pick the active account, and all of Salecare, from the dashboard to the repricer, shows that account data. You do not need to switch browser tabs.
No logging in and out. You pick an account from the switcher or look at all of them at once. Margin, orders, offers and messages always refer to what you have selected.
1 Allegro account on Starter, 5 on Pro, 10 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise. See pricing
You pick the active account, and all of Salecare, from the dashboard to the repricer, shows that account data. You do not need to switch browser tabs.
You select all accounts and see the whole company sales in one number. That is handy when you run several accounts of one business.
The account selection covers the dashboard, orders, messages, payouts, offers, repricer, competition, ads and To recover, and the counters in the menu match what you see on the screen.
You connect each account through the official Allegro OAuth authorization. The number of accounts depends on your plan, from one on Starter to no limit on Enterprise.
You run separate accounts for brands, categories or former shops, and you want the result for the whole business. You connect each account on its own, and Salecare shows the sales of every account as one number on the dashboard. When you need the detail, you pick one account from the switcher and every screen narrows down to it.
Several people handle several accounts, each with its own password to the Allegro panel. In Salecare you pick the account from the switcher at the top of the screen, and margin, orders, messages, offers and the repricer always refer to what you have selected. Nobody has to sign out of one account to reply to a buyer on another.
The more accounts, the easier it is to miss a falling indicator or a warning about a removed offer. The Sales quality page shows the score of every connected account, what lowers it and the buyer ratings, and a new warning from Allegro reaches the notification bell on the day it appears.
In the Allegro panel you see the data of the account you are signed in to, and a second account means a second tab or signing out. Salecare keeps all connected accounts side by side. The switcher narrows the view to one account or shows all of them together, on the dashboard and in orders, messages, offers, the repricer, ads and To recover.
The combined result of several accounts usually comes from a spreadsheet, built from exports done separately on each account. After authorisation Salecare pulls in the orders, offers, settlements with commissions and fees, messages and returns of every account by itself and keeps them up to date. The All accounts view shows the sales of the whole business with no manual merging.
Quality indicators and Allegro warnings are checked in the panel of each account separately, so a drop is often visible only once the badge is gone. Salecare shows the score of every account on the Sales quality page, and once you pick an account, the same measures Allegro judges you by and the matters that lower the score.
One switch narrows the view to a selected account or shows all of them together, on the dashboard and in orders, messages, offers, the repricer and ads.
You add another account in Settings, under Shop, on the Allegro accounts page, or from the account switcher with Connect another account. You sign in to the seller account on the Allegro page and confirm the permissions. Salecare receives an access key, not a password, and you can revoke the key at any moment in your Allegro settings or by disconnecting the account in Salecare.
Starter handles one Allegro account, Pro five, Business ten, and Enterprise has no limit. Data of different companies is always kept separate. The All accounts view sums only the accounts connected in your company and merges nothing on Allegro itself.
After you connect an account, the first download of the history takes a few dozen minutes on larger accounts, and under the account login on the Allegro accounts page you see when the Allegro data is from and how many offers the account has. A Disconnected status means an expired key and needs a reconnection. Some warnings are sent by Allegro only once notification consents are switched on in Allegro.
