Allegro Smart! fees for sellers in 2026

A seller with a business account pays Allegro a fee for every Smart! parcel, and its amount depends on the order value and the delivery method. In 2026 it runs from 0.79 zł for Allegro Przesyłka polecona on an order from 30 zł to 11.89 zł for a courier outside Allegro Delivery on an order from 150 zł. Allegro covers the rest of the transport cost, and when the buyer returns the goods through the return form or does not collect the parcel, Allegro gives the fee back.

As of 28 October 2026, according to Allegro, Allegro Smart! for sellers with a business account, delivery fees and the price list changes of 2 March 2026.

These fees apply since 2 March 2026, when Allegro changed the Smart! parcel fees on all its marketplaces. The amounts below are for allegro.pl orders delivered in Poland and settled through Allegro, the Allegro Standard way. The amounts in the tables are the ones in Allegro's price list. The net amount and the VAT of each fee are on Allegro's invoice.

How much does Allegro Smart! cost a seller in 2026?

Parcel lockers and pick-up points

Courier deliveries

Letters and postal parcels, Allegro Przesyłka polecona and Allegro MiniPrzesyłka, cost the same. That is 0.79 zł on an order from 30 to 44.99 zł, 1.69 zł from 45 to 64.99 zł, 2.49 zł from 65 to 99.99 zł, 3.69 zł from 100 to 149.99 zł and 4.49 zł from 150 zł.

In every band an Allegro Delivery method costs less than the same kind of delivery outside Allegro Delivery. On an order from 100 to 149.99 zł an Allegro Delivery locker costs 6.19 zł, and an InPost Paczkomat 7.89 zł.

What does the Smart! fee depend on?

On two things, the value of the whole order with you and the delivery method the buyer picked. Allegro splits orders into five bands, from 30 to 44.99 zł, from 45 to 64.99 zł, from 65 to 99.99 zł, from 100 to 149.99 zł and from 150 zł.

When an order travels in several parcels, the first one pays the fee of the whole order's band. On an order from 150 zł each further parcel costs as much as in the band from 100 to 149.99 zł. On an order below 150 zł every parcel costs the same as the first one.

When the buyer picks cash on delivery, Allegro adds 4.99 zł to the fee for the cash collection. At the same time the buyer pays you 4.99 zł for that option, on top of the payment for the product.

When does the buyer get free Smart! delivery?

The buyer pays nothing for delivery when all the conditions are met.

• They have an active Allegro Smart! subscription.
• They buy in offers marked Smart!.
• The delivery cost of the order is no more than 100 zł.
• They buy from one seller for at least 49.90 zł, if their Smart! subscription started on or after 2 March 2026. For a subscription activated earlier the thresholds are 45 zł for parcel lockers and pick-up points and 65 zł for couriers.

When the buyer does pay for delivery, they pay the price from your delivery price list. In a Smart! offer that price cannot exceed the amount Allegro sets. That is 10.49 zł for Allegro Delivery lockers and points, 10.95 zł for InPost and Poczta Polska, 14.99 zł for couriers, 7.99 zł for Allegro Przesyłka polecona and 4.49 zł for Allegro MiniPrzesyłka.

When does Allegro give the Smart! fee back?

Allegro refunds the fee on its own, with no claim, in two cases.

• The buyer withdrew from the contract, filed the return through the return form in their Allegro account and sent the parcel with a return method available in Allegro Smart!.
• The buyer did not collect the parcel.

The refund covers only the base fee, not additional services such as the cash collection fee. It shows as a discount in Settlements with Allegro. On a return of goods Allegro gives the fee back once the status of the return parcel shows that you collected it and the money for the order went back to the buyer. Allegro pays for the return parcel filed through the form, so on such a return you pay for delivery in neither direction.

On a return of part of an order Allegro recalculates the order value without the returned products. If the order drops to a lower band, Allegro gives back the difference between the fees of the two bands.

When do you pay the carrier's full price?

The Smart! fee from the table applies only when three conditions are met.

• The buyer paid for the order through Allegro.
• The carrier received the correct e-mail address of the order. Allegro creates one for every order, and when you ship through Wysyłam z Allegro it reaches the carrier on its own.
• You ship an order whose payment status is completed.

If you do not pass on the e-mail address, or pass it on with a mistake, you pay the full amount the carrier charges for the parcel.

What does a seller need for their offers to get Smart!?

Allegro marks offers with the Smart! icon on its own once you meet the sales and offer conditions. These are the main ones.

• The sales quality on your account is above "Neutralny" (Neutral), or at least "Neutralny" on all your accounts.
• You pay the invoices for Allegro's services on time.
• Your offers carry the full package of Allegro Delivery methods that work where you ship from and fit the size of the product.
• Your offers have return conditions with a return address in Poland, if you ship from Poland and deliver in Poland.

A worked Smart! fee example

An invented textile shop sells the Mila blanket for 129 zł and the Mila pillow for 69 zł. The numbers are made up for the example, and the fees come from the tables above.

• A buyer orders the blanket alone for 129 zł to an Allegro One Box locker. The order is in the band from 100 to 149.99 zł, so the Smart! fee is 6.19 zł. The same blanket sent by InPost Paczkomat costs the shop 7.89 zł, and by the Allegro One courier 8.99 zł.
• Another buyer orders the blanket and the pillow together for 198 zł to an Allegro One Box locker, and the shop packs them in two parcels. The first one costs 7.99 zł from the band from 150 zł, and the second 6.19 zł from the band from 100 to 149.99 zł, together 14.18 zł. In one parcel it would pay 7.99 zł.
• A buyer orders the blanket for 129 zł to an Allegro One Box locker and pays on delivery. The fee is 6.19 zł + 4.99 zł for the cash collection, together 11.18 zł, and the shop gets an extra 4.99 zł from the buyer for that option.
• A customer who bought the blanket and the pillow for 198 zł in one parcel returns the pillow through the return form. The order is now worth 129 zł and drops to the band from 100 to 149.99 zł, so Allegro gives back 7.99 zł - 6.19 zł = 1.80 zł.

With 300 orders a month in the band from 100 to 149.99 zł, the difference between an Allegro Delivery locker and an InPost Paczkomat is 300 × 1.70 zł = 510 zł a month. That is why it pays to know what each method you offer costs.

How does the Smart! fee affect your margin?

The Smart! fee is a cost of every parcel, just like the commission. On a cheap order it is small in złoty, but on a margin of a dozen złoty or so it can take a large part of it.
